JacalDesign Rates
We charge by the page for the initial build of your site. By doing this, we can assure you of the final price for the site we decide to build for you. We have learned from past builds our customers do repeat business with us because of our upfront honesty. We will never force you into something you don't need for your site.
Home Page - We charge $250.00 - $300.00 for the 1st page (generally the Home Page). This page usually takes the longest to build because we are working with you to decide what your color scheme and theme are going to be.
Additional Pages - $25.00 - $100.00 depending on length
Special Pages:
Form Pages - $100.00 - $150.00 depending on if you need CAPTCHA or not.
Guestbook - $100.00 You will need MySQL access.
Other costs you might incur not included your page rate; Mandatory & Optional.
Mandatory costs:
Domain - Your domain name is the address of your Web site. For example, http://www.jacaldesigns.com is a domain name. JacalDesigns offers domain name registration for only $15.00/year
Hosting - This is simply your harddrive on the World Wide Web. You have to rent this space annualy. We will be glad to help you set this up. This price usually runs about $100.00 - $150.00 a year
Optional Cost:
Photos - Rates Vary. There are many royalty photos available on the web. A couple of links follow.

Website Maintenance - Want to update the content on your site? Want your latest photo added? We can do it for you. We don't require a one-hour minimum. You are billed in real time, so if it only takes us 15 minutes to make your changes, you are only charged for 15 minutes of time.
We can:
-Add, remove or change text
-Add articles, reports, ebooks or links to existing pages
-Add logos, photographs, or images
Maintenance services apply to changes to your existing design. Maintenance does not apply to redesigning an entire page or site.
